About Me

Rose: Have been a dedicated worker for 25 years 8 months, quit working life since 1st November 2006 and is now enjoying a stress free life! What prompted me to come up with this food blog?? Encouragements from my children (1) they get to cook their favourite dish with written recipes whenever they miss my home-cooked dishes, being away at work from hometown (2) our home signature recipes are able to be pass down to my children (3) Open up an opportunity for me to pursue my interest in cooking and baking and (4) sharing with all who enjoys the same interest as me, and lastly (5) I get to spend my time wisely after my early retirement and letting my mind stays active always. I always believe in this phrase "when a man stops learning he stops living!" So, let's get going then....
