Ingredients: (serves 1)
2 medium ripe bananas (peeled, sliced and frozen)
1/4 cup quick oats
1 cup milk
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tbsp. honey (add more if you prefer more sweet)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Topping:
Banana slices
Toasted Walnuts
Methods:
- Place all the ingredients into the jar of the blender and pulse until everything is smooth and well incorporated.
- Pour into serving glass. Top with banana slices and toasted walnuts.
