Ingredients: (makes 3)
1 medium Mango (peeled and chopped)
1/3 cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp. cane sugar (depending on how sweet is your mango)
Methods:
- Combine mangoes, coconut milk and sugar in a blender jar and blend everything until smooth.
- Pour into Popsicle molds and let it freeze until set.
- To remove Popsicle from the molds, run water on the outside of the molds for some time until the ends are loose.
- Serve immediately.
