Ingredients:
400 g. chicken tenders
Cooking oil
Chicken marinades:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
Breading mixture:
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Methods:
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add the chicken tenders and toss to ensure well combined. Let it marinate for few hours.
- In a deep plate, combine all the breading ingredients.
- Then, generously coat the chicken tenders in the breading mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet. Lightly spray cooking oil over the chicken.
- Bake in a preheated oven of 200 degree Celsius for about 20 minutes, or until slightly golden and crunchy.
- Remove chicken onto a serving dish and serve with your favorite sauce.
Note: The actual recipe is using Air Fryer, with is having a shorter cooking time.
