Simple Avocado Smoothie


Ingredients: (serve 1)

Half Avocado

3/4 cup milk

1/2 tbsp. liquid honey (add more if you prefer sweeter)

1/2 tbsp. chia seeds

Some crushed ice


Methods:

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender jar.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
