Baked Boneless Chicken Thighs

This easy to prepare boneless chicken thighs recipe can either be grilled or baked.  I prefer to bake using my Convention Oven.  It can be serve either as a dish in a Chinese meal with rice or with sides such as salad, cucumbers and even potato chips or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
3 pcs. boneless chicken thighs

Marinade:
1 tbsp Paprika
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp. parsley (finely chopped) - can put more if you prefer
1 tsp salt
Dashes of ground black pepper
1 tbsp. Olive Oil

Methods:
  1. In a small bowl add in all the marinade ingredients and stir to mix.
  2. Place the chicken in a deep plate.  Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade ingredients.  Place the coated chicken pieces into a Ziploc bag, squeeze out the air, lock it and refrigerate for few hours.
  3. To bake, arrange the chicken, skin side down on a rack of the convention oven and bake at 200 degree Celsius for about 15 minutes.  Turn over the chicken and continue to bake for another 15 minutes or until they achieve a nice golden brown colour and the meat is cooked through.
  4. The chicken is ready to be serve.  Cut the chicken into slices if we are eating it with rice, or else just keep it whole and eat with some sides of your choice.
This recipe is adapted from Julia of Happyfoodstube.com with some amendments to suit my cooking.
