I love bread/buns made with a combination of mashed potatoes. It is light, soft and fluffy. With the sweetness of the custard cross topping, it is one delicious buns to enjoy any time of the day. I am intending to make this recipe into a loaf bread, in the near future.

For infor, I did not brush with sugary syrup when it comes out of the oven. That is why my buns looks a bit dull, but I don't mind as it taste good!
