Garlic Butter Buns

 

What caught my attention is not the recipe for the bread or buns/rolls; instead it is the 'Garlic Butter'.  Since I have all the ingredients for making the bread as well as the garlic butter, I quickly gather all the needed ingredients and without much ado, out from the oven are these cute, beautiful and delicious Garlic Butter Buns.  I gave some for my mum to try, and she gave a thumb Up!!  A keeper recipe indeed!

The recipe for the garlic butter is as below:-

• 30 g. softened unsalted butter
• 20 g. chopped garlic
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. dried parsley

In a bowl, mix everything up and keep in a piping bag and set aside.

After second proofing, make a slit, 
pipe the garlic butter over the slit
and it's time to hit the oven.
