The sun is shinning brightly and it's gonna be another hot day! It is good to start this day with a glass of refreshing "Grape Greek Yogurt Smoothie."
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
20 purple grapes (washed and deseeded)
1 1/2 cup cold milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey
Methods:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
- Pour into glasses.
- Served chilled.
