Ingredients: (Serves 2)
1 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
3 small frozen banana slices
2 oranges (juiced)
1/2 cup cold water
Methods:
- Add all ingredients in the blender and blend until obtain a smooth consistency.
- Pour into two glasses.
- Serve immediately.
A healthy and delicious smoothie to enjoy on a hot day.
