Ingredients:
100g gingko (shelled, peeled and rinsed)
8 fresh water chestnuts (skinned and rinsed)
300g lean meat (rinsed and scalded)
enough water to cook the soup
Methods:
- Heat up a pot of water, put in gingko, water chestnut and lean meat.
- Cover the lid and let it boil.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve hot in soup bowls.
