1 stick celery
1/2 carrot
1 potato
Dressing:
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp ground mustard
Dash of dried thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp milk
Methods:
- Wash and cut celery, put aside.
- Peel carrot, boil till slightly soft and cut into cubes.
- Peel potato, boil till soft and cut into cubes.
- Put all ingredients into a bowl, pour over the combined salad dressing and mix well.
- Chill in fridge till ready to serve.
Note: Extra ingredients such as hard-boiled eggs, ham or even apple can be served in this salad dressing, but I prefer it as such 'simple yet yummylicious' and most of all HEALTHY!
