Ingredients:
(A) Salad
- Butterhead Lettuce (washed and torn to rough pieces)
- Plum (washed and cubed)
- Japanese cucumber (washed and sliced)
- Kiwi (peeled and cubed)
(B) Yogurt Ranch Dressing
- 2 tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 garlic (peeled and finely minced)
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
- Dash of ground black pepper
- Dash of salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Milk, to thin out the dressing
Methods:
- In a large bowl, mix in all the salad ingredients (vegetables and fruits).
- For the dressing, add all the ingredients into a small bowl, whisk to mix and place in the fridge until time of serving.
- To serve, drizzle dressing over the salad, toss to mix and enjoy!
