Ham and Broccoli Pasta

This Pasta recipe is so easy to pull together in one pan and it makes such a yummylicious meal.  I will make this 'keeper recipe' again and again, especially for my lunch, as it's so easy to make a portion of it.  If you love pasta, then this is one great recipe to try.

Ingredients:

1 portion pasta (cooked according to package directions)

1/2 cup broccoli florets (boiled and drained)

1 piece Ham (cut into strips)

1/2 onion (chopped)

2 tbsp. milk

Dash of salt

Dash of ground white pepper

1 tbsp. unsalted butter

1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Some chopped spring onions (for garnish)

Methods:

  1. In a heated pan, add butter, saute onions until fragrant, then add ham, milk,  salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.  Stir until heated through and cheese is melted.  Return pasta and broccoli to pan and toss to combine.
  2. Dish onto a serving plate, garnish with spring onions, and enjoy!
This recipe is adapted from 'Taste of Home' by Jana Cathey, Ada, Michigan with some adjustments to suit my cooking preferences.
