As mentioned in my earlier post, this side dish is to serve with the 'Juicy Boneless Chicken Breast.'
Ingredients: (serves 2)
1 bowl broccoli florets
1/2 cup corn kernel
1 slice ham (cut into strips)
1 tbsp. unsalted butter (cubed)
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Dash of salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of ground white pepper
Methods:
- In a medium heated pan, add butter and broccoli, and stir-fry for a quick few minutes. Add in the corn, ham and stir in dried parsley, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
- Cover and cook until broccoli is tender but not too soft. In between stir occasionally.
- Remove from pan into a serving bowl/dish. Serve immediately.
